  I was not happy with the level of service, but I had to use Dr. MARTINEAU as part of my insurance. I also had to wait an month and half for the appointment. During the exam, I expected him to ask me a few pertinent questions about my skin, do a skin exam, and then make recommendations. He walked in quickly, asked me what was wrong, seemed peeved that I asked him to do a skin exam, and quickly decided that I needed one mole removed. Needless to say, even after removing the mole, I was out of his office in 45 minutes. I will not be returning.

  We waited a month and a half for our appointment. And then we waited a full hour after arriving at the actual appointment, before we were even taken to an exam room. Then we waited longer in an exam room, with bloody surgical instruments from the previous patient sitting out in plain view. To us, Dr. Matineau was arrogant, impatient and disinterested. We cancelled with him and won't be back.
