- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm not sure who the lady was, she seemed like a manager, but I went in looking for something in particular from their ad for my daughter for Christmas. I asked the lady if she knew where I could find it (even just the general area would have been nice) and she was so rude and unhelpful. All she said was "No." and then proceeded to assist other customers. Talk about zero customer service skills. You can bet I'll be buying that toy somewhere that deserves my business.
