- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctor experience is excellent. The staff experience is consistantly very poor. Last year it took months for them to properly move my insurance from one provider to the current provider. This year I WENT IN the office with my new card to prevent that misunderstanding. I requested pharmacy reorders from the person taking my information. She iterated that I would indeed be able to pick up my prescription orders that afternoon. They were not called in. I left a message and received a callback from the nurse this second experience. She said my prescriptions would be called in. I received a call from the pharmacy today that 2 of 3 of my prescriptions are ready for pickup. The 3rd was NOT called in for refill. Despite an excellent doctor relationship, I'm about ready to find a new office with competent staff. I've had to change both dentist and doctor in the past due to extremely uncaring, incompetent staff. Correct this situation or I will not put up with it. Now it is Saturday, I took my last dosages Wednesday, and I'll have to wait until Monday. Unacceptable. Thank you, Sarah BauerDecember 03, 2016by Sarah Bauer
