Dr. Yates gave me his complete attention and ensured that every question or concern was completely answered. He took the time to make me feel not only comfortable but valued. He truly cared about what I was looking for and I felt that he was just as invested as I was in the final outcome. I felt more than satisfied that he was not only honest, but genuine and sincere. This was my first plastic surgery and the results were beyond what I was even envisioning. He is a true artist.
