  Mostly great. However you guys changed my appointment from Layton location to Bountiful location without letting me know until recorded telephone reminder. That meant I had to reschedule for another week.

  A+ Rating!!! I came in last night (right before closing time) due to a laceration on my hand. The front office staff member was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. She got me processed in less than 5 minutes, (and because I called ahead to double check closing time and insurance) she had notified the back staff and the doctor of my wound, and I was taken back and seen in under 10 minutes (from time of arrival). The nurses and Doctor was unbelievably amazing! The bedside manner of the doctor (Dr. Carl) was just terrific, and he really took his time with me, when he could have just decided to rush me out the door. I can’t believe that doctors and staff like this still exist!! I wish I could make this place and Dr. Carl my primary care Doctor. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!!!!!

  I am giving them 5 and I would give 10 if I could! The wait time was short, the staff was wonderful.. and Dr. Lisa Stephens was an incredible physician. She treated my husband with professionalism and so much compassion and care! She took the time to observe his sickness and research his health problem to properly diagnose him. I have never been more satisfied with the care we have had. Thanks Lisa!! 10 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
